Building and Room Layout: The Sand Dunes offers three different buildings: the North Building, South Building, and the East Building. The North and South Buildings are two story, have a continuous balcony outside the rooms, and have an ocean view only from the end rooms. The East Building is the newest and is a three story structure (stair access only) with Private Direct Oceanfront Balconies. Our standard oceanfront rooms have two full beds or two queen beds and full kitchens equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all utensils and cookware for simple meal preparation. The two-room suites include two full beds in one room and a full-size fold down bed in the separate room. Suites include kitchens, baths, air conditioning in both rooms, microwaves, and TV. (East Building suites have TV's in both rooms.)
